Career Fair

Join us on Thursday, April 25 from 12-3pm!

Cultivating Inclusion – Lewis County will be hosting its second annual Inclusive Career Fair on Thursday, April 25, at Centralia College’s TransAlta Commons.

Supported Employment Presentation: 11 am

Inclusive Career Fair: 12 pm to 3 pm

Location: TransAlta Commons (TAC) building at Centralia College

The Career Fair will be open to the public from 12 pm to 3 pm. There will be a supported employment presentation just for participating employers at 11am. The Inclusive Career Fair is hosted in partnership with the Economic Alliance of Lewis County.

This event is open to everyone but specifically geared towards folks with disabilities and differences. Employers are attending with that knowledge in mind. We also extend this invitation to Veterans, particularly disabled veterans, English as a second language citizens, and individuals who may have struggled with the traditional hiring process. Students are also welcome to attend, with an emphasis on individuals who are neurodiverse, have developmental disabilities or differences, high school students with an IEP or a 504 plan, or anyone who has had difficulty accessing employment through the typical application process.

We expect businesses from multiple industries and trades on-site to meet with attendees and will have volunteers offering resume advice. The event is free to attend, and light refreshments will be available.

Employers seeking to participate in the event can sign up by emailing this registration form to inclusion@lcautism.org for a registration form. The event is free for employers to register and lunch will be provided.
