Thank you for your interest in joining us as a vendor or resource partner for the 15th Annual Southwest Washington Autism Conference.
For fifteen years, this conference has brought together families, autistic self-advocates, educators, healthcare professionals, service providers, community leaders, and advocates from across Southwest Washington.
This year’s theme, The Space Between: Where Systems End, Community Begins, and Connection Creates Possibility, focuses on the gaps families often experience between diagnosis and services, healthcare and education, eligibility and access, and need and meaningful support.
Vendor and resource tables are an important part of this conference. Attendees come not only to learn, but also to connect directly with organizations, services, programs, and people who can help bridge those gaps and build communities where everyone belongs.
Light morning refreshments will be available for vendors and resource partners during set-up.
Each Registered Table Includes
One 6-foot table
Two chairs
Light morning refreshments
Up to two organization representatives
Lunch for registered representatives
Access to conference presentations and breakout sessions as table coverage allows
Listing in conference/resource materials, as space allows
*Additional representatives may be added for $20 per person, up to four representatives total. The additional representative fee includes lunch and conference-session access.
Vendor and resource representatives do not need to purchase a separate conference registration. Registered representatives are welcome to attend conference sessions throughout the day as table coverage allows. Organizations are responsible for determining whether and when their table will be staffed.
Please note: LCAC is unable to provide table coverage while representatives attend sessions. Organizations attending with one representative may leave their table temporarily
unattended at their discretion.
Table placement is determined by LCAC based on space, accessibility, sponsorship commitments, and conference flow.
Registration Fee
Vendor/Resource Table: $75
Includes one table and up to two representatives.
Additional representatives: $20 per person,
up to four representatives total.
Please limit attendance to no more than four representatives per organization unless approved in advance by LCAC.
Confirmed Sponsors
Vendor/resource tables may be included depending on sponsorship level. Please select Confirmed 2026 Sponsor below if your organization has already committed as a 2026 conference sponsor.
Fee Waivers
Limited fee waivers may be available for small nonprofits, grassroots groups, family-led efforts, or community partners for whom the registration fee would be a barrier.

Silent Auction & Attendee Materials
Organizations are encouraged, but not required, to support the conference through silent auction or attendee bag donations.
This year, our silent auction will feature artwork created by individuals with lived experience. We welcome artwork in a variety of mediums.
Swag bag donations also help support the conference experience and attendee engagement. If you would like to donate items, please provide details in the form below. LCAC will follow up regarding approval, quantity needed, and delivery instructions.
Please note: Attendee bag items may require a minimum quantity (100 minimum preferred) depending on final attendance.
