Resource Fair Schedule:
7:10 AM to 8:45 AM (Check-in, confirm registration, and set-up)
9:00 AM Conference Begins
11:50 PM to 12:50 PM (Attendee lunch)
3:30 PM Conference Ends
Registration Fees:
1] For-Profits Organizations/Companies: Registration is $60 (includes one lunch). Additional attendees can register for $15 per person to include lunch, with a maximum of 4 attendees per organization.
2] Non-Profits: Registration is free for the first attendee, though we kindly ask for either a donated raffle basket or a nominal donation of $15 if the attendee will be eating lunch. Additional attendees can register for $15 per person, which includes lunch, with a maximum of four attendees per organization.
*If you would like to offer a donated basket to be raffled in lieu of paying for lunch and agree to donating equivalent value, please check that box when registering and we will contact you to coordinate the details.
3] Government Agencies registration will be invoiced a flat rate charge of $50.00 unless committed as a "Named Sponsor" at which point, registration is free and included as part of the sponsorship commitment.
Donations for "Swag Bags" and Raffle Items:
Vendors sometimes choose to donate items for Raffle Baskets and/or for attendee "swag bags" and for this generosity, we are extremely grateful. If you are willing, please share what items you would like to donate, and the conference team will contact you! Upon approval, items must be delivered no later than October 15th to allow time for incorporating your generosity into planning..
Every resource or vendor will be given (1) six-foot folding table and (1-2) folding chairs. Additional chairs and tables can be provided if requested ahead of time.
