Once a month, the Lewis County Autism Coalition presents a themed meeting, with a pre-arranged agenda discussion or presentation, that’s open to all parents, educators, professionals, and members of our community with Autism, too! Together, we explore compelling and insightful information and topics that expand the conversation in our local area, while also giving meeting attendees tools they can use to improve life experiences for all humans and residents of our communities.

In this meeting, we talk about insightful tips and tools that you can use as a parent to help your student(s) get ready to transition back into the classroom routine. We cover what you can do at home now to help you prepare students, the resources and tangible items available to families and educators through our Link program all year long, and how to keep your IEP or other alternative education plan information organized and ready for the new school year.
