Monthly Meetings

The Lewis County Autism Coalition will meet Friday, December 15 from 8 – 9 am at The Riverside Fire Authority, 1818 Harrison,  Centralia, WA, 98531.

The Special Topic will be the Vision 2020 – Strategies for Moving Forward. Vision 2020 will serve as the Autism Coalition’s 3-year road map to achieve success for individuals on the spectrum, parents and professionals. Key topics are autism awareness, early screening intervention, teen/adult employment, smooth transitions (3-14-21) and professional development. Come and have your voice heard.



Spotlight Meeting from Our Archives…

A monthly meeting last year went to the dogs when  Kirsten Becker (Director) and Michelle Eyres from Autism Anchoring Dogs presented information on their program’s specially trained service dogs.

Their group trains giant breeds like St. Bernards and Newfoundlands to keep children on the autism spectrum safe and calm.
